"Get Inspiration & Lead to Inspire."

We often get inspired by others ideas, personality, and their achievements and the mile stones set by others. It’s very easy to get inspired with any one and start following that personality to fulfill your dreams and be like them. On the other hand it’s very tough to find the unique avenue and to achieve your goals, set mile stones for others and Lead to inspire. Being others leader is not easy as we normally think. We need to work hard to fulfill our dreams and with our genuine efforts ,lots of dedication, positive approach, learning from our failures, getting motivation by others, CAN Do approach, taking ownership of our failures and lot of others factors helps us to create our own unique personality and set a new mile stone for upcoming generations.

Do you think it was easy for Barack Obama to become a President of America? Was it easy for Narendra Modi to become a Prime Minister? No it was not that easy, because we all are not born with a silver spoon in our mouth like few others lucky fellows on this planet. Everyone have to work hard to maintain their personality because each of us may or may not have followers and if we will not improve then we will lose our followers and history will remember us for this failure. Don’t forget that no one is perfect and there is always a room to improve. Each single step towards our improvement leads to improvement and perfection.

When we take birth our family helps us to learn everything and make us future ready. We often hear this from everyone that one is inspired from his/her Mom or Dad. It’s quite normal our first inspiration comes from our family.

 

I’d like to share a short story about a son and his old father.

A son took his old father to a restaurant for an evening dinner.  Father being very old and weak and while eating he dropped food on his shirt and trousers.  Other diners watched him in disgust while his son was calm.

After he finished eating, his son who was not at all embarrassed, quietly took him to the wash room, wiped the food particles, removed the stains, combed his hair and fitted his spectacles firmly.  When they came out, the entire restaurant was watching them in dead silence, not able to grasp how someone could embarrass themselves publicly like that.  The son settled the bill and started walking out with his father.

At that time, an old man amongst the diners called out to the son and asked him, “Don’t you think you have left something behind?”

The son replied, “No sir, I haven’t”.

The old man retorted, “Yes, you have!  You left a lesson for every son and hope for every father”.

The restaurant went silent. This Son can be our inspiration and can help all of to be gentle and kind with our old parents because they need us the most. At times our Old parents are like a small kid and needs lot of attention.

             “To care for those who once cared for us is one of the highest honors.”

            It’s not necessary that we can only get inspired from rich business tycoons, popular TV personalities or leaders. We can get inspiration from a common man around us. Anyone can spread the positive vibes around us and give us an idea to be like them. Try to get the properties like a Magnet does, to attract others.

We all are unique and have some built in features that can make us inspiration for others. We need to take a stand and need to come out of our comfort zone if we would like to become a hero. If you are passionate enough to live your life the way we want then you have to follow some basis guidelines to be a leader for others.

Follow few things to become others inspiration:-

Be honest.

Respect others.

Be Humble.

Learn from your and others bad experiences.

Never lose your patience.

Don’t blame your destiny.

Be Positive.

Stay away from negative personalities and get attracted towards some positive real life heroes.

Don’t feel embarrassed if you failed.

If you are again ready to fight with your failures that means you are still “ON” and you are in the Game. You can only loose if you will stop trying. Keep on trying until you succeed.
