our daily busy routine we all are missing lot of things which is negatively
impacting our personal and professional life. We all are so busy in achieving
our goals that we don’t realize that we are losing all the fun and motivation
of our life. Few small things can affect in your everyday living?
Did you get a cheery "Good Morning" at the breakfast table this morning or just a grumble? Did you give a warm smile and happy greeting in return? Do you look people in the eye and give them your undivided attention when they speak? Do you really listen for a reply when you ask someone a question? Do you really care or do you insulate yourself from the negative views you hear each day? And lot more questions which we all face in our daily routine. Changing yourself a little bit can help you be a better human being. I hope you agree that change is mandatory for everything. We should be ready to accept the changes in our behavior, our character, our thinking, etc.
I am assuming that your response is positive to all the questions above, for none of us wants to be that negative person in life except few. I am kidding if you are in your senses and give yourself few minutes and recall everything which you do every day than you can’t deny the fact that negativity is an unwanted disease for us and try to cure it as soon as possible. Now the big question is “how do we remain positive, when so many negative things happen around us each day?” Answer to this question is very simple but we often overlook and tend to ignore our few bad habits which can easily be improved.

- Be energetic and make enthusiasm your daily habit. Wake up happy. Be thankful for the day ahead. Think positively early in the day. Thank God for all you have received. It can carry you through the hardest days. Don't let negative people predetermine your worth.
- Every failure is nothing but an opportunity to begin again more wisely. Don't be a grudge collector. We can all recite incidents in life when we felt slighted by someone, turned off by one's negative actions, or even insulted by someone. It's easy to rekindle a negative attitude if we continue to remember those occasions or react to them. Forget them. They're not worth reliving.
- Don't brag. Get high in doing good for your own self-worth, not for recognition. If you seek to set yourself above others by your deeds, you could quickly find that you are inadequate instead of proud. It’s not possible that you will get appreciations every time but each good thing done by you will give you lots of motivation and self-satisfaction. Do it for your own not for rewards and awards. Don’t feel bad if you did any good thing which is unnoticed.
- Create a gang of team members or friends with positive attitude and find your inspiration. Make them your support group. Judge your friends and now this is a time when you can filter it out. Only make friends of those who have this same attitude about life. You'll find the mutual support of each other the reward you need to keep the proper positive attitude.
- Give God the glory for what you have. Don’t forget to thank God because without God’s agreement we all are nothing and be optimistic in your life. God will always plan good for us and every bad thing happened in our life is a lesson or an examination which we have to clear with good scores. Make every day the best day possible. Once the day is gone, it is gone forever. Learn from your past and improve yourself daily to make a better you.
