All Humans have few things in common which is making choices every day and plan for our future goals etc. This small little Brain in our body is a Think Tank. I often think why God decided to put this on top of our body? Why not somewhere else inside stomach or chest? I guess it’s because it overrule all our emotions, feelings. We often think about everything in our life be it small like about our lunch or dinner menu or big like buying a new house planning for retirement etc. We do it whether we like it or not. Decisions are a big part of our daily life and often we struggle with making the right one. That’s when doubt, perfectionism and distractions get in the way. And we end up regretting our choice, feeling bad about it, and constantly wondering if we could have made a wiser decision if we don’t get expected results. Why we tend to forget that we are humans and we make mistakes. Each failure gives us some or the other lesson.

Give some relax to your Brain and believe in all mighty God. God must have better plans for us. We often waste time and give stress to our mind by thinking on very basic needs like what to wear, whether to go somewhere or not, Whether to call someone or not and what to eat for each meal etc.
These small daily decisions like about our clothing, Meals, calling someone etc. There’s no wrong option really, so just do it. Take action right away before your brain has the chance to think of different scenarios and confuse you. One thing we all have in common is making choices every day, whether we like it or not. This unusual task is impacting our generation and we are leading towards the unhealthy generation. The day is not far away when we turn this planet into a Think Bomb.
